You will set the long-term technical vision while staying close to the work, ensuring that engineering moves quickly, maintains high standards, and scales effectively as the company grows.
You will guide the technical direction, architecture, and delivery across our entire product ecosystem, including our consumer-facing mobile apps, backend services, clinician dashboards, internal tools, and the areas where hardware and software intersect. You should also be highly comfortable navigating data integrations, since interoperability with partner systems will increasingly become a core requirement for our clinical and commercial growth. AI is an important part of how we build and operate, and you should feel comfortable using AI-supported tools and workflows to improve velocity, problem solving, and overall engineering leverage.
